We’re One of One AI Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We help founders and professionals reach their goals—fundraising, hiring, and customer growth—through trusted introductions and AI-powered insights.

  • Uploaded data such as LinkedIn exports, introductions, or contact lists.

  • Optional integrations with your email, phone, or calendar.

  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we never store full card details).

When you use our site, we may collect:

  • Log data (browser type, IP address, device type).

  • Usage data (how you navigate the Service).

  • Cookies and analytics data (through Framer, Google Analytics, or similar tools).

c. Information from connected services

If you choose to connect third-party accounts (like Google Calendar or your email), we’ll access only the data necessary to enable the features you request. You can disconnect at any time.

We use artificial intelligence to generate insights and recommendations.This processing may be done by One of One AI or trusted technology partners (for example, cloud or AI providers).

We never use your data to train third-party AI models. Your data is processed only for your intended use within the Service.


6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools (like Framer and Google Analytics) to understand how people use our website and improve performance. Cookies don’t give us access to your personal files or identify you directly. You can change your browser settings or click “decline” on our cookie banner to opt out of analytics cookies.


7. How and Where We Store Data

Your data is stored securely in Canada and the United States and processed as close as possible to your location.

We use cloud providers with industry-standard security certifications. All information is:

  • Protected by access controls and monitoring

  • Regularly backed up and tested for vulnerabilities


8. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data only as long as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.

If you delete your account:

  • Most of your data will be deleted within 30 days.

  • Some records (like invoices or payment history) may be kept for legal or audit purposes.

9. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, such as:
