1. Who We Are
This website and platform (the “Service”) are operated by One of One AI Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Our mission is to help founders and professionals achieve their goals—fundraising, hiring, and customer growth—through trusted first-degree introductions and AI-powered insights.

2. What These Terms Cover
These Terms explain the rules for using the Service. By visiting our website, creating an account, or paying for access, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
3. Who Can Use It
You must be 18 or older.
The Service is intended for business and professional users.
You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your login secure.
4. How the Service Works
You can manually upload information such as your LinkedIn data.
You may choose to connect your email, phone, or calendar to enable matching and communication.
Our system uses AI to suggest introductions and insights to help you reach your objectives.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome—such as funding, sales, or hiring success.
5. Payments and Refunds
Some features require payment (for example, participation in a paid beta).
Payments may be made in CAD or USD through our payment processor (currently Stripe).
Refunds: You can request a full refund any time up to the date of your first service delivery, minus any processing fees charged by Stripe (typically 3%).
Once a service has been delivered, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Your Data
Your data remains yours. We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information. We use your data only to operate, improve, and secure the Service.
Storage: Data is stored in Canada and the United States and processed as close as possible to where you live.
Access: You can request deletion of your data or account at any time by emailing hello@oneofone.ai.
Protection: We follow generally accepted security standards and comply with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
7. AI and Accuracy
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, and introductions. AI isn’t perfect—results may not always be complete or accurate. Use your own judgment before acting on any suggestions. We aren’t responsible for decisions or outcomes that result from relying on AI outputs.
8. Confidentiality and Introductions
Introductions made through the platform are private between the people involved. One of One AI is not a party to any agreements, communications, or outcomes that result from those introductions. We don’t endorse or verify users and can’t be held liable for how introductions are used.
9. Acceptable Use
To keep the community safe and productive:
Be respectful—no harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
Don’t spam, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
Don’t scrape data, resell our service, or use information from the platform to train your own AI models.
Don’t copy, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the software.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and content in the Service belong to One of One AI Inc. or its licensors.You keep ownership of any content or data you upload, but you give us permission to use it as needed to operate and improve the Service.
11. Service Changes and Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly but can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. If major changes occur, we’ll do our best to notify users in advance.
12. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent allowed by law:
We’re not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13. Privacy Policy

14. Ending Your Account
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or misuse the platform.Sections that by their nature should continue—like confidentiality, intellectual property, and limits of liability—will still apply.
15. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario. If a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest will still apply.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our product evolves. When we do, we’ll post the new version online with a new “last updated” date. If the changes are major, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
